Now it looks as if it is more likely that there might be a competition apt for me(because stephan wants one RIGHT AWAY :|) to consider.

pros for that one-

very cheap rent(consider that this is Santa Cruz btw and 1225 IS incredibly cheap rent :|)
location is on top of beach hill which is like one of the most awsome parts of SC
minutes walk away from the arcade.
seems to be animal-friendly for my case.

cons-

NO LIVING ROOM
may be a bit too close to the boardwalk(noise issue)

so the pros outweigh the cons, and if the lease looks good and he wants to chose us, I'll probably go with this one.

the other one-

pros

landlord seems to be very nice, heard he generally keeps out of your hair.
it's in a very quiet area
big and roomy(at least enough)

cons-

it's a bit far from campus
rent is more expensive(1400)

it's a bit further from downtown, still heading off to the capitola area, but the location is awsome, the rent is very good, and the apartment looks large compared to a lot of ones I've looked at. So I hope the landlord calls me about this one :|.

Stephan is being annoying about quickly chosing an apartment RIGHT AWAY because he can't wait until the 15th. Also maybe his mother is bitching about him chosing one. I don't care about the parental situation at all because I guarentee him that NOTHING compares to what I have to go through in terms of chosing an apartment(ragarding my parents), but he can be more patient. jeezus.

Yesterday I forgot to ask the landlord if they're pet friendly before I signed up for a viewing. When I went, I found out they're completely pet unfriendly XD. But the lady felt sorry for me and told me lots of info and gave me a big apartment list. She said that usually if landlord find out you have an undesireable pet, they won't evict you, they'll just take money from your deposit if the pet does any damage and probably give you a bad referece(which really isn't important and can be avoided). So that relieves me a bit because I don't know what kind of asshole my future landlord COULD be and I don't want to be evicted or told to get rid of the ferries if they find out about it :|.

I'm very stressed right now because I spent all of yesterday screwing around and while it was fun, I have the rest of today to do my syntax final, and maybe a bit of time tomorrow if i wake up in time.

Yesterday I did errands and then pretty much hung out at Rudy's place for the rest of the day until the midnight movie. Then went to see Harold and Kumar. Man that movie was awsome XD. Justin is gunna pick on me so much for being so adverse to it for the longest time XD. I'll maybe write about that and then badminton later, cause I did badmnton today too.

oh, I'm sure it's not stressing you out, it's stressing ME out because you are being very annoying about it. You always are like "omg we need to settle on something right NOW". Finding the perfect apartment or even place to live is a VERY important procedure. It's why I've been doing it for over a month. I'm sorry you can't see that.
