No one has ever whistled at Vector before and she doesn't quite know what to make of it...

Need to try the same thing with Hissy and see what she does. May hiss at me lol.

That's our Nemo 1/2 Transvestite Kitty. He was a beautiful boy but he was dumb as a sack of hammers.

That's some serious bra-loving right there.

Haha, she's not been doing it lately but part of the reason is that I haven't had a bra up there for her. It keeps falling under the bed.

Haha, now I want to try having someone whistle at Smokey and see how she reacts! (Can't be me, cos I can't whistle.) She is extremely curious about everything that happens and I've definitely seen her have a similar sort of reaction to previously-unknown things that she's encountered.

Aw Smokey is so cute. I had an ash-grey cat once named Ashes. He was pretty much my first cat, but sadly was hit by a car : (.

Yeah, Vector is kind of dog-like because she always tilts her head at us. I've never seen a cat do that so often. She's extremely curious about everything and tilts her head when we're walking about, or she wants something from us, or we're talking to her. It's kind of funny. If you get someone to whistle at your cat, let me know what happens XD.

So sorry to hear about your Ashes. That happened to my childhood dachshund Howie, who I still hold on to as being the best dog I've ever known, and it was rough.

I love hearing about the individual quirks of people's pets! Even people I know who have a lot of experience with animals that you don't necessarily think of as being intellectually-developed enough to have really defined separate personalities (chickens, say) will insist that they do. And I haven't had anyone else in my apartment for awhile, but the next time I do I'll see if I can get them to whistle at Smokey!
