I had an INTELLIGENT rant planned out, I really did!

there are about 5 seperate ones I want to do. All of them seem to be a bit repetetive though. I didn't get any sleep tonight : ). I feel okay now , and I had plenty of time to think about negative things!

Okay... today's spectaculaire is the condition of America.

Well, me being a 17-year old female, I of course no jack about anything, regarding the "educational" in California. But I know some things and can make some generalizations given the few experiences I've had. Okay... America does not "teh suk" in my POV. Sure it has its downfalls... but what people fail to realize is that Americans have it 100 fold better than most other countries in this world. I mean, like, at least 70 % of the countries. Lesse where I get that percentage... all the countries in Africa are IMPOVERISHED and under dictaorships other than that nice little last little haven left over from Imperialism called "SOUTH AFRICA". All of SE Asia is impovrished and under not so pleasant regimes. Oh, the Otaku's little holy paradise Japan , hmm? Yeah... been in economic turmoil for the last decade. Every new Prime Minister brings new plans, nothing seems to work... I wish I knew what was going on there, I really don't understand the economic situation there much ^_^**. As for the Middle East? Yeah, I'd just LOVE to live there right now! And have a fucking circumcision whilst staying at home all day with my 8 children. Ummm... EUROPE. Ahh Europe europe. SAFE. I'd say that our "friends" out there have been supporting us greatly in our time of need! Yeah, I'm being sarcastic. Actually, I admire the European Nations for standing up to the US and like... massing all those enormous protests 0___o. Yeah. "DOWN WITH BUSH" w00t!!111 *ahem* anyway... Europe's quality of life differs from ours, YET those people have opportunities like us. The smart european countries are social democatic... er, I don't know the right name for it , I think ;_;. DOWN WITH CAPITALISM omggg. So which countries are comparable to the greatness of the US of A? We have some European candidates. Australia? I guess.. my Aussie friends like to tell me how it's being overrun by immigrants and they have a huge drout problem... and I still don't get the system of gvt. WTF is Australia? England's damned puppet government? -____-. I've bugged Koopa about this before... I'm bugging him again right now and he's given me a term "Commonwealth" and so far hasn't defined it ^_^**. He's ranting about the Bristish Queen right now : ). Okay, anyway, let's assume it's nice in Australia and New Zealand. NZ, I'm sure it's nice... laa... so PRETTY. It's such a beautiful country... And it has a female Prime Minister currently. *dreamy sigh* ANYWAY... I haven't mentioned Russia. Damn, I almost forgot. I can't really belive it. I don't know what is really up with Russia right now. I only know about it in USSR times, from the rants of my father.

We didn't want them to choose who will lead us, they could have appointed any loser.. we wanted to be able to vote and elect our own president (that's fair, isn't it?) so everyone voted no to becoming a republic

Where was I? Yes... So those are the only countries in the world that can even COMPARE to America's greatness. We have a wonderful system of government, so unique in all its ways, hell, everyone decided to copy US when creating their governments. Because OUR government was so great! I'm sounding stupid/ignorant again. Yes, I realize that it has many faults and covers up everything and imposes capitalism/democracy upon every country it doesn't have underground deals with and I'm exaggerating... but... Yeah, I like America.

As for our poor people... Yeah. If I went into this, people will get insulted. OH WELL. Okay... my view on poverty.. lesse... yeah, yeah... I'm a 17 year old spoiled kid that knows nada about it. I think that way of myself... but I look at my surroundings... I look at the people who make less money than my "rich" parents, and see some similarities.

1. welfare bums as a result of having too many children. My oratory on population growth was the ONLY good speech I've done -_-. It should be implemented in all the Nations of the World that familes may only have TWO children. Madness will ensue for a while, people will get over it.

2. Mental state. People don't have the money to seek either professional help for serious mental problems or can't pay for medicine. These are the people I can EMPATHIZE with most because... I know how it's like to have mental problems and feel helpless -_-. I don't really want to get into this anymore.

3. Lack of education. This is the biggest killer. Some people expect to get high-paying jobs straight out of high school. it doesn't work that way. I can rant on HOURS AND HOURS about this. But the way education is in American today, the poorest people CAN get financial aid by filling out paperwork. I should know, my dad put me through the process -_-. If people are motivated enough, they can get themselves through college and do better with their lives...

4. Laziness. That one is simple. Don't do anything with your life, get poor.

And here, I'm not even bashing poor people -_-. Because, who knows, I may be poor someday by doing one of the above(most likey mental condition -__-). But I know that somehow... if I *TRY* really hard, I won't live life in poverty because people who do try can suceed in America, it is possible...

So... do I have any more generalizations? I need to tie things up. I was going to talk about Socialism. I like the idea of Socialism, I want to learn about Democratic socialism. But this has all been too much for me. I feel intelligent somehow though. I want Titus to read this and disagree with me, or something XD.

I wish people would read this particular post : ). I feel better... a bit. I feel good when I'm not at school.

I GREATLY enjoyed this rant, I really did. :D And I agree with ALOT of what you said! Too many Americans just don't know how good we have it, and tend to look down on other countries without even knowing anything about the differences in our situations. (Like you said though, I personally don't know all there is to know about the American government... but I know that we have a lot of advantages that people in other places just don't have.) We have a kind of limited view of the world, we Americans... >_<

Just so you know, I read almost every entry you make! ^^; I'm not always sure you'd want me to reply to some of them, so I try to keep my nose out of your business. Now and then I just have to speak up and agree with you, like now. :3

Hehe. Oooh I enjoy this. Eh, I'm afraid of people reading the stupid posts, but I let them anyway ^_^**. Hehe, I read all your posts too, Dyani! Even the Harry Potter related ones where I have no idea what you're talking about! ^__^. Somehow, I don't seem to get myself around to commenting much because I seem too late. Bad timing, bad timing. I wanted to tell you that I'm glad your surgury went well! Cysts... >_<. This girl in band got this HUGE one on her ovaries. I never knew heard of a cyst until then. I keep thinking cyst=tumor >___<.
