yoyoo. Sorry, I've been gone having fun with my cousin. I guess I'll talk about what happened since my last post(a looot) and then post some pics! Anyway, so the last day of my summer class is this thursday. I am excited since me, Yulia, and Jen are all going to Disneyland! I still have to rewrite a paper and then do my part of my group project. Part of our group project was to create our own version of a shakespeare play. We did EMCEE HAMLET. No joke. I wanted it to be stupider and call it "ghetto hamlet", but my group members didn't agree with me. We are actually acting out a scene that our REAL emcee rapper group member wrote out. He is doing like all the work :p. It's awsome because at the end of Hamlet, all of you should be familar with this, Hamlet and Laertes have this sword battle with the king and the queen watching. The queen drinks poison on accident, Laertes stabs Hamlet with a poison sword, and then Hamlet stabs the king. So in our version that we are acting in front of the class, Hamlet and "Larteze" have a RAP battle. I am Larteze and the emcee is Hamlet. His raps are so cool! It's just hard for me to learn because well, I'm not a rapper. I need to practice it this week. he even got his friend to do a beat for us so we get to do it to music! He also wrote a poem at the end. He's really talented! I hope to get someone to record our scene for me so I can show people my rapping "skillz". hehe
Anyway, last weekend Yulia and I went to San Francisco. We went to Union Square (expensive shopping district), rode a REAL cable car(not those fake bus tourist ones), went to Fisherman's wharf, and also China town. it was a lot of fun : ). We didn't really buy anything, but took a bunch of pics :p. She is quite a shutter bug. On Saturday my family took us to Ft Ross and on Sunday we went to Sausilito and the golden gate bridge : ).
My computer is still broken : (. What's even worse is that Justin's discs he sent me disappeared : (. I think somehow they got thrown away when my dad messed up my room. Ugh. He better stay out of it or else I am going to the hardware store and buying a new doorknob for my door so I can lock my dad out of it. It pisses me off, he has no right to be even going into my room. I don't care how "dirty" it is.
I also got a new digicam for my birthday. It is AWSOME. It is 8 meapixil, really compact, but has a very large screen! I am quite pleased with it. So you can see pics from it. And most of these pics are 4 megapixil because I had to change the settings at first since I had no memory card. I also asked my mom for a CORAL PINK DS Lite and I'm getting that too! I am super excited. It comes out the day after my birthday
Work sux -_-. It is just a shitty job, even though my boss seems nice, as well as my coworkers. I'm gunna try not to get fired and maybe find a better job later on, but for now, this job is just tiring, makes my back hurt a lot, repetitive, and boring. Not to mention the pay is terrible :|. I also have to work on my birthday since it will be a Tuesday >_<. I will ask for it off and maybe I can have it off. It is terrible to have to work on your 21st birthday when you should be out drinking with friends. I'm not sure what friends I can actually drink with cause none of them are too into the bar scene. Maybe Jen. I can also ask her to drive my drunk ass home since she is the only one of my friends who can drive 0_o. I'm actulaly in the library typing this up. I tried to upload my pics using a PC in another library, but that didn't work. they worked now though : )
