ONE MORE UPDATE
I'm becoming bored. Forgot to mention some stuff.
As soon as I got home, my dad showed me this NEAT letter from the neighbors. Half of it was about how they are suing us, the other half was about ME.
First, they said how they overheard me saying "they live like a pack of rats". Uh... Yeeeah... Like I've EVER talked shit about them to anybody. Next, they wrote about the incident with Yamato and the screaming and thought I was being sexually assulted.
Also, I just finished Frankenstein. W00000000T!!!!!!!!!!!! 10 days before the essay is due ^_^*. wheee, I'm proud of myself. Not pnly because I finished early, but also because I think I followed the book pretty well. So, because I'm bored now , I think I'll start summarizing it. Let's see just how much detail I got...
Okay... so this guy , Frankenstein, is found half dead on a ship somewhere around the north pole. He makes friends with the captain of the ship and tells his remarkable life story. Even as a young boy, he was interested in sciences. He was curious about the world around him . The only other important part of his childhood was that his mother adopted a baby from a poor family. The little girl , Elizabeth, grew up to be Frankenstein's playmate and was very beautiful.
The Frankenstein family was very rich and they could afford to send Frankenstein to a good school. There he found his mentor who encouraged him to do well and be a scientist. He began to create his monster. There were no real details about this... After creating the monster, Frankenstein ran away home, being scared of the craetion he brought to life. There, he found out that his little brother, William, was killed. The housewife, Justine was accused of the murder, but frankenstein and Elizabeth both knew she wasn't guilty of it. She was sentanced to death anyway. After that, Fr(shortening it :p) grew very remoreseful and guilty and cried about it for the whole rest of the book. Eventually, he went out on a trip to the woods to get himself some natural therapy or something like that and guess who he runs into?! First, he curses the monster , but then realizes the monster justs wants to talk and tell him his story, so Fr feels enough pity for it to listen.
After Fr abandoned the monster, it felt a sense of worthlessness and depression. It hated Fr and the ugly form he created him to. He sought refuge in the forest where it found this familiy in a cottage. It spied on the family for a long time, and became very fond of it. They had no contact with him, but he learned how to speak and even be literate from them. He regarded them with affection and longed to be a part of their family one day. They seemed to live a wonderful life to him, but the women satill cried at night because they were in poverty. The monster soon began to even help them out with little chores , making their lives easier for them all the while, still remaining recluse.He thought days and days over how he wanted to present himself, and finally he had a plan. He decided to speak to the grandfather when he was alone, because he was blind and compassionate and couldn't judge the monster from his looks. Things were going rather well until the monster became too emotional and like... clung to the grandfather 0_o. Then Felix, another family member, found the monster like that and beat him with a stick. Crushed, the monster fled and fell into depression once more. All kindness left him and he went out to take out his malice on humanity. His first victem was William. After that, the monster found Fr and decided to share his story. He had a request. The monster wanted a mate just as ugly as he was.
At first, Fr had many doubts about it, but the monster promised that if he would create a mate, he would leave to South America with the female monster and never have any contact with humanity again. Fr promised that he would and set off to England to create the female monster. He went exploring in England with his lifetime best friend, Henry Cleval. After a while, Fr decided that he wouldn't make a new monster because he didn't trust the original monster's word after all and he would have 2 deamons running around, killing even more innocent people. Fr fled England after he had a talk with the monster. The monster promised new terror and said "I'll be there on your wedding day". A few days later, Henry is found dead. Fr sinks into a heavy depression and actually becomes physically sick from it. He is put on trial for the murder of Henry, but he gets off.
Sometime after that, hsi father says he wants him to marry Elizabeth. He recieves a letter from her, and he admits her love for him. Fr agrees to marry, but sure enough, he finds his bride-to-be dead on his wedding day... After that, his life goal is to kill his creation. He goes on a mad search of him which lasts, I think..., for years until it takes him to the north pole. Exhausted, the ship finds him half-dead and he makes friends with the captain. I forgot the captains name... He tells the catpain his life story, then dies. Then the captain finds the monster on his ship. Before he has the chance to avenge his friend, the monster has this long-arse monologue of how he hates humanity and bla bla... but since he counts Fr as his last killing, he decides he has done enough harm to the world and jumps out the ships window,into a boat,to live the rest of his life in misery
